Pinchin Among Best Places to Work
Every year for the last 15 years the Great Place to Work Institute produces a list of the Canada’s 100 Best Workplaces. Research conducted by the Institute confirms that trust is the foundation for quality jobs and performance excellence. Companies that make it to the annual list, nurture trust and support great workplace cultures. They are identified through a survey tool called the Trust Index that measures credibility, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie and through an assessment of their people practices. Because of the enthusiastic and highly positive way David Gardner represented Pinchin Ltd. to me personally and to our Board of Directors, I was not surprised find his employer’s name on the 2015 list that was recently published in The Globe & Mail. This is not Pinchin’s first time to be recognized as one of Canada’s top 100 employers; they have earned a spot on the list every year for the last nine years. Congratulations to COCA’s newest Associate Member, Pinchin Ltd.
