As part of Canada’s demand to drive down Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions to 30% below 2005 levels by the year 2030, our Mechanical Engineering Design group in British Columbia has been helping clients from all sectors take advantage of some of the energy audit and upgrade grants being offered by the BC Utilities, BC Hydro, Fortis BC and other funding bodies.
I dug a little deeper into these available grants and found something of a gold mine of federal, provincial and private grants available to carry out studies and to partially or fully fund the works that come out of these studies.
My team and I have worked hard to put together a number of specific lists highlighting the energy audit & upgrade grant fundings currently available. Each of the lists below outlines the eligibility criteria & the available funding amounts for each of these grants. We’ve also included a link for each grant to allow you to delve deeper and learn more about how you can take advantage of these great offerings.
