After our live webinar, the City of Surrey wanted to clarify that they want detailed input into any Water Sustainability Act Approval applications prior to submission to the province, and would accept development applications prior to receiving Water Sustainability Act Approval authorizations and even prior to Water Sustainability Act Approval submissions. The City of Surrey expects to post more information around this on their website shortly to clarify.
