Pinchin is pleased to announce that Carla Reynolds joined Pinchin as Operations Manager for our new office opening soon in the Richmond Hill / Markham, ON area. A graduate of Queen’s University and Fleming College, she comes to Pinchin with over 25 years of environmental consulting experience. Ms. Reynolds is a Qualified Person for Environmental Site Assessments (QPESA) and for Risk Assessment work (QPRA) as defined by Ontario Regulation 153/04. To date, she has filed over 70 Records of Site Condition (RSCs) in Ontario. She is also registered as a professional biologist in Alberta and has managed site assessment and remediation projects in the Calgary and Edmonton areas.
Ms. Reynolds brings expertise in a wide variety of areas, including a focus on land development and due diligence consultation during purchase, sale and leasing. She has also been involved in litigation support and in preparing expert opinion evidence, including work with forensic environmental geochemistry.
