In his capacity as a business lead for Remediation Services, Paresh offers invaluable consulting advice to clients, assisting them in managing environmental liabilities associated with their properties by presenting contaminant management solutions aligned with their specific needs. One of Paresh’s primary responsibilities involves offering consultation services for sites undergoing redevelopment, divestitures, acquisitions, and refinancing. He aids clients and developers in making well-informed financial decisions based on both short and long-term environmental liabilities.
Paresh leads a team of highly skilled Managers, Engineers, Geoscientists, and Scientists, providing consulting services related to contaminant management and remediation. Solutions offered by Paresh and his team are meticulously tailored to meet clients’ short and long-term requirements. These solutions are supported through critical tasks such as remedial options evaluations, bench-scale treatability studies, engineering designs, and risk and liability assessment and management.
Paresh has conducted extensive site assessments (Phase II ESAs), remedial investigations, treatability studies, and remedial designs of a variety of remediation technologies (examples include but are not limited to groundwater pump and treat systems, soil vapour extraction systems, air-sparing systems, a wide range of in-situ remediation technologies, permeable reactive barriers, soil vapour mitigation systems, etc.), and regulatory driven site closures.
